How to apply

2. Create a MyInnovia account (about 5 minutes).
3. Fill out one application and submit a personal statement (about 30 minutes plus writing time).
Who may apply
Each scholarship fund carries donor-specified eligibility requirements set when the fund was created. You can review criteria for individual funds below and use our search filters after finishing the pre-qualifying questionnaire to see the scholarships you are matched with.
As a general guideline, applicants should be high school seniors or graduates from a high school located in one of the 20 counties served by the Innovia Foundation. Eligible students are those planning to enroll, or already enrolled, as undergraduates at an accredited two- or four-year college or university, or at an accredited vocational or technical school in the United States.
Decision, notification, and award schedule
Selection decisions are completed by mid-May, and applicants receive notification by early June. Scholarship checks are issued to the recipient’s chosen institution and mailed to students in mid-August.
Permitted uses of scholarship funds
Scholarship awards must be applied only to tuition, books, fees, and other school-related expenses for the upcoming academic year. Using scholarship funds for other purposes may trigger tax consequences and could result in revocation of the award.
